These guys are life savers. Had my BMW dead and misdiagnosed by one of the popular workshops in Niagara Falls and was having a very hard time and they told me that it was having an Issue with the transmission and came into a conclusion that they can’t fix it.

Towed my car to German auto-motives and they helped me ASAP. They made the car start in less then 10 minutes and diagnosed that there is only an issue with ground strap and battery and not the transmission. They were quite fast and reliable and the prices were reasonable.

If you own a german or european car, please don't take it to a workshop that fixes general issues. I would suggest German automotives if you love your car and value your time.

Taken my Audi A4 here several times now and they've always been honest and straightforward with me.

They've done things from regular oil changes and alignments to a very tough clutch and flywheel replacement which few shops could do properly. The clutch and flywheel cost me a small fortune but no more than any other shop would have charged me. After about 8 months as of the time of this review, it's running amazing and included a 3 year warranty.

Great customer service and great work. Wouldn't trust anyone else in the Niagara Region with my car than here. Highly recommend!

I had moved to Niagara after 20 years with the same Mercedes mechanic in the city I last lived in. Obviously I was nervous to try someone new but I’m glad I chose German. The prices are reasonable, the service was quick, and the shop was the cleanest I’ve ever seen outside of the Benz dealership in Burlington (wild! 😱) everyone was friendly and professional. I’ve found my new local mechanic!
