We only install top of the line aftermarket or factory retrofit remote start and prefer systems that use your existing key fob. Most of the time we are using non invasive, plug and play harness and connectors for an easy and error free installation. This will also preserve your warranty and can be easily disconnected should the need ever arise.

We've installed remote start systems for BMW-s and VW-Audi-s as well. Fortin system is preferred for VW-Audi but there are other options should you have a different preference including cell phone add-ons like Compustar Drone and Mycar2, and other more advanced features.
We've installed Eurostart and other systems (iDataStart) in BMWs that don't come with factory installed remote start (older E and F models) and IdataLink for Porsche Cayenne and Macan.

Electronic Steering Lock repairs
Mercedes Benz, BMW, Audi/VW, Porsche use electronic steering locks against theft but these devices occasionally fail. When this happens, sometimes without warning, it will prevent the driver from starting the vehicle. Sometimes there will be warning lights or messages in the instrument cluster but other times a failed ESL can simply prevent the car from starting up.
We are able either to repair your ignition lock by replacing failed components (microswitches, stepper motors, electronic components, etc), or disabling the ESL by installing an "emulator". The advantage of an emulator is that this expensive failure will not happen again. Your car will still be protected by the immobilizer, just the steering lock won't lock anymore. Mercedes Benz for example, only has installed ESL on select vehicles, many don't have any type of steering lock, including the S Class, ML/GL, etc).
Audi/VW also has the ESl fail occasionally, Porsche Cayenne as well. We have successfully replaced, repaired or by-passed these ESL system as well in the past. Dealers will only replaced your failed ESL and is usally very expensive.

BMW Footwell module recovery
The E Series BMWs exhibit random FRM (Footwell module) failure. This is well documented and can happen after replacing the main battery or simply by connecting diagnostic equipment for a fault scan.
If your lights stop working and power windows become inoperative all of a sudden, then your BMW suffered from the FRM memory failure and special recovery programming is needed. No need to purchase a new FRM from BMW, we can restore your FRM functionality at a fraction of the price.
