The shop is equipped with Piwis I (KTS), Piwis II and Piwis III testers so we can tackle old and new Porsches for your diagnostic needs.
Rest assured, your highly engineered Porsche engine will get the best oil available, either Fuchs, Motul or Liqui Molly, following Porsche's certifications A40, C40, C30, or C20 depending on your vehicle. Our oils are all imported directly from Germany and France.
For your classic air cooled Porsche we use either 20W50 for 356/914/911/912 with engines up to 2.7L, 10W60 for 964/993/etc with 3.0 or higher engine displacement, and 10W50 for 924/944/968/928 transaxled models.
For air filters/cabin filters, spark plugs, PDK service, clutch services, brakes and tires, etc, we use only the highest quality oem parts (Mann, Hengst, Mahle, Purflux, Brembo, Pentosin, Pierburg, Bosch, NGK, etc). All our parts come from Hamilton or Toronto area as locally, in Niagara Falls quality parts aren't available.
We always check for metal shavings in the oil filter for older 911 and Boxsters (986/996 models) and suggest installing a magnetic oil drain plug to help detect early IMS bearing failures and use 20W50
Highly recommended is to upgrade your IMS bearing on Boxster/986 and 911/996 (Carrera) before catastrophic engine failure, especially if built between 1996 and 2003. Also the early 997/987 with the early engines are prone to the same IMS issue.
